great stay but small details need attention

Some amenities could use a refresh.

The staff's responsiveness was impressive, especially Helen at the front desk, who assisted in accommodating my early arrival and room requests with a smile. Locational advantages are clear, with easy access to the airport and downtown. However, the breakfast situation was misleading, as only two out of four days offered a free option, contradicting advertising. Additionally, there were cleanliness concerns regarding the linens and general room maintenance that detracted from the stay experience.

We had a great stay near the airport with my son's family. The hotel’s shuttle to the airport was super convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and our room was spacious and well-equipped, which made it easy to settle in comfortably.

During my stay at Four Points By Sheraton Atlanta Airport West, I appreciated the spacious lobby, which was well-decorated and inviting. It was accessible, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate comfortably throughout the hotel.

More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

The hotel had a friendly staff, especially Chef Nate and Ms. Arlene, whose food was exceptional. However, we faced multiple issues with cleanliness and room service, waiting days for basic maintenance. Despite these concerns, the overall atmosphere of the place was nice.

Decent hotel close to the airport. Room was clean, comfortable beds. The complimentary happy hour was a nice surprise. The hotel had some noisy disturbances at night from the hallways.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff helped me with travel tips on my first stay, which I still remember. Definitely coming back for a weekend!

The location is convenient, right near the airport for easy access. I loved that they provided a free shuttle service, which made getting around a breeze. Plus, the seasonal outdoor pool was a good way to unwind after a long day!

i stayed at four points for 3 nights in a traditional king room. the location is super convenient, close to camp creek marketplace. helen at the front desk was amazing! she greeted me with a smile and ensured i got my top-floor room. they even have a seasonal outdoor pool, which is a nice perk.

I stayed for one night in a Traditional Room with Two Double Beds, and the staff was generally friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic, just minutes away from the airport and close to dining options. However, the room could use better cleanliness standards as I noticed some areas that seemed overlooked during cleaning.

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Helen at the front desk greeted me with a smile and ensured I got my top-floor room. Additionally, the seasonal outdoor pool was a great perk for relaxation after a long day.

Not worth the price for solo travelers

The bed was decently sized and I was grateful for the hot shower after a long day. I ended up eating dinner in my room, the fries were above average but fell a bit short of expectations.

Costs were higher than I expected, but I guess you pay for convenience.
